Opportunities for College Students
URJ Biennial 2019 Ambassadors
The URJ Biennial is the largest religious conference in North American Jewish life. Thousands of educators, directors, and clergy will join together in Chicago this December to envision, share, and celebrate individual and movement wide challenges and accomplishments. The success of Biennial largely depend on a group of passionate and smart Reform Jewish college students to serve as Ambassadors! From helping to run registration, checking attendees into learning sessions, organizing program supplies, customer service and more, Biennial Ambassadors are responsible for making this inspiring event come to life.
Ambassadors will receive in-depth training in customer service and event planning in order to make their experience successful. Ambassadors will also be exposed to various parts of the event, network with Reform Movement leaders, and be part of an exciting cohort of Reform Jewish college students.
Ambassadors must be available to be in Chicago Tuesday, December 10 – Sunday, December 15th. All travel, hotel, and meal expenses are covered by URJ for Ambassadors. Apply to become an Ambassador today!
URJ Biennial 2019 College Student Attendees
Join thousands of other Reform Jewish leaders from across North America at the URJ Biennial as a college student attendee! All college students attending Biennial participate in all the action of the event – learning sessions, plenaries, networking, and more! You’ll also be part of a small cohort of college students that will meet throughout the event to debrief your experience and explore how to take your new skills back to your campus. College students can register to attend the entire Biennial for $250, and half of the Biennial for $180. Please see the pricing page for hotel rates
