This intensive session is designed for those who are seeking to improve an existing congregational program.Building upon “Leadership Development: Best Principles, Strategies, and Myths,” in this session, part of the Leadership Development Intensive, teams of participants will share ideas with others to workshop and improve plans to implement leadership development programs in their congregations.

Measuring the Success of Your Congregation’s Leadership Development Program
This session is designed for those who are seeking to improve an existing program. Building upon the two previous Leadership Development Intensive sessions, this session will consider whether the leadership development program created and implemented in their congregations were successful. Determining measures for success before starting the program will help participants assess whether or not they have achieved their goals.
